On the 20th anniversary of 9/11, Theatre District presents a 9/12 story: our tribute to ‘28 Hours’ from the the musical ‘Come From Away.’ The multi-talented TD cast gives us a glimpse into 28 hours in the lives of 7,000 plane people who were diverted to Gander, Newfoundland in the wake of the 9//11 attacks.
We hope we did justice to this story on this anniversary, and on the occasion of the Broadway re-opening of one of our favorite musicals. Directed by John, musical direction by Terry, and featuring the talents of Amy (Diane), Courtney (Hannah), Alana (Flight Attendant), Ariana (Delores), Andrea (Passenger), Kayla (Beverly), Andrew (Joey), Wade (Kevin T), Ricky (Kevin J), John (Bob), Tony (Passenger), David (Nick), J.C. (Chorus), & Ceinwen (Chorus).
